OBJECTIVES
Support XLRI and CGEIL to design and deliver education and training programs that build gender-inclusive leadership, and enhance gender sensitization, in the corporate and other sectors.
Support XLRI and CGEIL on advocacy and policy impact related to women’s rights in the workspace, diversity, and inclusion, and other related areas.
Conduct research and best practice studies on women's leadership, diversity and inclusion, gender, inclusive leadership, and related areas.
Promote women achievers, showcase their work, create a network of women across the industry to share insights and grow together.
Coach and mentor students, faculty and
professionals to enable inclusive leadership and drive gender parity.
Work with organizations to create systemic interventions, that promote a culture conducive for the growth of women.
