OUR VISION & MISSION

To significantly increase the participation of women in the workforce to 50% over the next decade. Drive strategic interventions at scale, to improve gender equity & women's workforce participation through a 3-fold approach: Awareness, Intervention & Advocacy

Work with organizations to create systemic interventions, that promote a culture conducive for the growth of women.

Promote women achievers, showcase their work, create a network of women across the industry to share insights and grow together.

Conduct research and best practice studies on women's leadership, diversity and inclusion, gender, inclusive leadership, and related areas.

Support XLRI and CGEIL on advocacy and policy impact related to women’s rights in the workspace, diversity, and inclusion, and other related areas.

Support XLRI and CGEIL to design and deliver education and training programs that build gender-inclusive leadership, and enhance gender sensitization, in the corporate and other sectors.

Coach and mentor students, faculty and professionals to enable inclusive leadership and drive gender parity.
