Each cohort of up! SURGE brings together 120 senior women leaders from organizations across industries in corporate India. The learning journey is targeted at women with 12 or more years of work experience, who are currently one to three levels away from the MD/ CEO role in their organizations. The learning journey inspires them in their career journey to the top, provokes them to think about themselves and supports them in fulfilling their aspirations with confidence and courage.
This learning journey provides a platform for accomplished women to engage meaningfully with others at a similar career stage, in order to:
explore and (re)define their leadership identity - purpose, values, and aspirations
discover possibilities and examine possible career pathways
influence and network with others at a similar career stage
build presence and confidence
hear from role models across sectors, and learn from their experiences, journey, and perspectives
walk away with inspiration, awareness of what it will take, a plan to build a C-Suite career, and a network of women to lean on.
up! SURGE is a three-week learning journey, with a combination of virtual and in-person sessions
